Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email if tracking information is available.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return once opened or worn.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
